IEVC2024 | Call for Sponsors

Plans

IEVC2024 is the 8th IIEEJ International Conference on Image Electronics and Visual Computing, which will be held from March 11 to 14, 2024, at National Cheng Kung University in Tainan City, Taiwan. The conference is currently accepting sponsorships from companies and organizations. By becoming a sponsor, you can enjoy benefits such as logo placement, advertising, and corporate exhibits. The sponsorship fees are as follows: Platinum Sponsorship for TWD 20,000 and Gold Sponsorship for TWD 10,000. In addition to the benefits of sponsorship, the conference provides an opportunity for researchers and industry professionals to exchange ideas and promote research activities in the field of artificial intelligence.

Platinum Sponsorship: TWD 20,000

• We could provide two desks, four chairs, and one standing signboard with a 400 cm×120 cm area.
• The booth would be placed on the first floor of the open space.
• It could be selectable regarding promotion date and time.
• Desk size is  180 cm × 60 cm.
• Standing signboard size is 60 cm (width) × 200 cm (max height)
• Please give us the required capacity if an AC power supply is needed.
• We could provide complimentary excursion and banquet tickets for two persons.
• We provide each sponsor one free lecture slot for the Industry Forum and permission to attend Keynote 3 on March 14.

Gold Sponsorship: TWD 10,000

• We could provide one desk and two chairs with 200 cm × 120 cm area.
• The booth would be placed on the first floor of the open space.
• It could be selectable regarding promotion date and time.
• Desk size is  180 cm × 60 cm.
• Please give us the required capacity if an AC power supply is needed.
• We could provide a complimentary excursion and banquet ticket for one person.
• We provide each sponsor one free lecture slot for the Industry Forum and permission to attend Keynote 3 on March 14.
