Registration
- Please check the Registration fees.
- The registration fee is non-refundable. Your registration will be invalid if your payment is not completed by the due date.
- Payment is by bank transfer for Japanese residents and credit card for overseas residents.
- At least one of the authors for each paper is required to register by January 31, 2024.
Registration fees
Registration fees are as follows. Members include not only IIEEJ members but also the IEVC 2024 sponsor members.

Accommodation
IEVC2024 will not provide tours for conference participation by travel agencies. Please make your own airline tickets and hotel reservations.
IEVC2024 has reserved some rooms at the Zenda Suites (成大會館). The number of rooms is limited, and reservations will be accepted in the order of application.
If you would like to take advantage of this plan, please fill out the reservation form below and send it to the hotel according to its remarks (Reservations cannot be made through the hotel’s website. Discounted prices are listed in the form below).
